in summer you sweat it out in winter you **** it out.
in winter the body does not need so much water as in summer so naturally it gets rid of more as in summer

Thats not really true (heck, I urinate more in the summer because I drink more beer in hot weather) But a full bladder
can cause additional heat loss since your body keeps it warm, so urinating will help conserve heat. (usually pertaining to extreme cases)

In winter, the skin takes some rest and kidneys instead do extra work in expelling the extra water from the body.This is the reason.

Because when we are cold, our blood retracts to the center of our body. When that happens, there is much more blood flow in the bladder which gets everything working faster
