That's a slippery slope, kids are having sex much younger these days but the age of consent is still 16 (well here it is) so if a doctor were to prescribe the pill to someone under 16 they could end up being charged with all kinds of things. So unless the age of consent gets lowered (which I certainly hope it doesn't) the horny little buggers better learn how to use a condom properly.

SIOBHAN! If they live in this world and have no problems with the pill, see a doctor before! They surely should, they are under 16 women, but just like any other, they want to have sex! Thanks for question! Rights of women! Take care! Have a good Night! Jimmy.

Yes, although I think that NOBODY, no matter age, should have sex unless they love the person. Chances are, if the person is under 16, he/she doesn't really love the person and aren't mature enough for sex. But, if the person is having sex she should do anything possible not to get pregnant, especially at such a young age.

Yes, They are having sex with or without the pill. I was 15 when I asked my mom to get me the pill. She freaked and said no!
It didn't stop me, I still had sex and risked pregnancy.

Yes. In Dundee we have the highest teen pregnancy rates in Europe. One theory is that young girls are seeking the unconditional love only a baby or a puppy can give and their parents will not buy them a puppy.

Yes because that would prevent those children from conceiving more children from acts that they shouldn't even be thinking about doing until they are married and are financially stable to bring new offspring to civilization.

pondering how the government hates teen pregnancies, i myself doubt that a doctor might refuse you contraceptives. besides, that is not something that is limited via age, like effective soreness-killers, so it would be uncomplicated to get a prescription for.
