YEAH! It's rude. And I think dat typin' like dis is kinda dumb to. 4 1 its hard to understand exactly what the persons saying. Your left scratching you're head.

All caps is viewed as shouting, but sometimes people who have a hard time seeing use all caps because it's easier to see. I think we should all just chill out about the issue and let people who need to type in all caps.

Because It seems to most People that you are yelling at the person.
Few examples:
all Caps: CAN YOU COME OVER TO MY HOUSE NOW?
no caps: can you come over to my house right now?
as you can see i hope you understand

It's not really rude, but then you have to think when you use all caps it makes people think you are being demanding or yelling at them. I could care less, so type away!
Also, people have to have something to whine about.

It's kind of belittling in a way because you're quite literally "SPELLING IT OUT" for people.. trying to make something more apparent than what it really is, which insults people's intelligence to a degree.

useing caps on the cp is considered yelling, just use a larger front. i do because my eye sight isn,t like it use to be,
