I was walking through my bosses house, with my nice clean crisp white socks on. I just now noticed that the bottom of my socks have some dust and maybe a little dirt.

Should I call the Child Protective Services on her? I mean, this is pretty serious to me. I shudder to think what the poor three year old has to go through.

You know what, I have suspected her of giving her kid speed before, because he dances for hours on end to a stupid Wiggles video.....its all making sense to me now.

Is probaby not dust, it's probably drugs! Call right away...the poor kid is in DANGER. (plus, didn't she make you come in early Tuesday?)

Being a good parent has nothing to do with dirt on the floor. Give me a break. If you saw the child hit or something thats different. I've known mothers who keep an imaculate home and spend all their time cleaning and none on the child. Being a parent is a full time, overtime on holidays kind of job. Lifes messy and even harder when you are a parent. A little dirt never hurt anyone.

I know this is waaay late, possibly too late (eight years is a long time), but a little dirt and dust means that three-year-old has a good childhood. As for the video, toddlers are easily entertained by rediculous stuff. I wouldnt worry. I hope you didnt call the cops on that person. Why, when people see some dust, and a kid enjoying something they obviously like for hours, do they automatically look for the downside?

That poor baby...you need to call the cops immediately! Making a 3 year old watch the Wiggles is inhumane!

no. its not a sign of a bad mother. EVERYONE has dust in their house, even if u dont spot it on the bottom of your socks. there's no reason 2 call cps on her. and besides if ur boss is nice enough to let u in her house, then y cant u overlook dust on your socks? no disrespect intended.

hello? it's obvious what you need to do. Collect evidence for the next week or so, until whenever your vacation is. Take your two weeks paid vacation and call the first day that you have to go back. Therefore, you get paid vacation AND you can sleep in.

What I'm wondering is why your typing on your computer when you should be making that call. Also, you may have a pretty good lawsuit on your hands, they totally ruined your new socks!

My sister has a sign in her kitchen that reads "Good Mothers have sticky floors, filthy ovens and happy kids" I tend to agree.

OMG-the poor child. I hope it isn't so bad that he's sneezed several times in a day. Poor thing. Call right away!
