How do I put devhook on my psp if i have a 3.73 firmware?

I have a 3.73 firmware and im trying to put devhook on my PSP
I need a way that's not too complicated

Devhook is completely outdated. I asked the same question a while ago and pretty much got laughed at. Most people run custom firmwares these days that do everything devhook used to.

you cant. you can only use devhook to run homebrew on 2.80 max.
