Is the a way to fit a Pressure Pump... if yes... How?

Yes they make a small booster pump that works off of water pressure. When the pressure drops, it comes on, when it reaches the pressure you set, it turns off.
You can install them anywhere you have access to an electrical outlet near the plumbing between the boiler and the fixture.
You might want to install more than one so the fixture so the pump doesn't steal all the water from the other fixtures. Install the first one next to the boiler, and if that doesn't help your attic, then install a second one in the attic.
