I've seen knock out gas on movies and in batman series, but are they real? If so what kinda are there and are they really that powerful? Whats the chemical composition of them?
Also if possible how would i get them or make them?

yes, It's called sleeping gas. They use to use it before IV's to knock you out before surgery.

There's a couple of different kinds of knock out gas. There's anesthesia that dentists use which is just nitrous oxide. There's also chloroform, which is the kind you see people put on rags in movies and put over peoples mouth. I'm sure there's a couple of others, but those are the main two.

Carbon dioxide in high enough concentration can put animals and humans to sleep and eventually kill them. A volcano eruption covered a whole village with carbon dioxide. People just dropped dead at where they were at that time.
