It will never happen because American Pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars getting your kids strung out on miracle drugs that are stage one narcotics. They also made a killing off of oxycotin and methadone despite the $600 million fine by the FDA.

NO!
I've worked in law enforcement and I've seen a lot of people strung out on drugs and some die from it and some of those were friends. Anyone that believes we should decriminalize or legalize it are themselves druggies and their brain has been poisoned by those drugs. Have you ever held a friend who is dying due to drugs? I have.
I don't consider marijuana to be a drug though but it needs to be held accountable like booze.

You only go to jail for drugs that aren't made in America, as soon as someone come up with a way for poppies and Chronic to grow in the lower 48 year round and be the best in the world it will all be legal and control by good old Uncle Sam.....

No! Decriminalization is better than the current policy, but if we are truely a "free country" than legalization, outright, is the only way to go.

Only if you support freedom and liberty and want to promote domestic tranquility and provide for the common defense.
It should be in drug stores that you must be 18 to enter into ,and their should be penalties for giving drugs to kids.
As things stand now the drugs are in the hands of kids, and ruining their lives before they start.

We should honestly look into it. I don't have a problem with marijuana but do we really want to decriminalize meth?

Yes, at least in the case of marijuana and such, but on the more extreme end like cocaine and meth, maybe those are better left illegal; if alcohol is legal, I can't see any reason why marijuana is not.

sure, and disband the FDA, and health department standards, and the USDA. people should certainly be allowed to provide and consume anything they wish. let's hear it for a free society.

Yes, marijuana. More people die in prison than for the use of marijuana.
