You will need to look at the definitions of each:
a) The term spontaneous means that happens in very short period of time.
b) Incomplete means it does not proceed to completion
c) Exothermic relates to a reaction that produces heat (exo- means external - heat is generated)
d) Endothermic relates to one that requires heat (endo- means internal)

Thats an easy one, D. And spontaneous, when relating to chemistry, means that it does not require input of energy, despite what the guy below V V V would have you beleive. Looking up a word wont always work.
