I have no problem with keyshawn as a player ( I've picked him in my fantasy league couple years ago and he did his role) but as a sports reporter....men he has none.

You are asking ESPN to let Keyshawn go because he is asking Terrell Owens to shut up?he should get at least a 5 year extension for that, all he said was for TO stop trashing Parcells and give him credit for the Cowboys success and TO responded by challenging Keyshawn to a receiving contest,Bill Parcells has a super bowl ring,so does Keyshawn Johnson,TO even while playing for good teams has none, btw,Im' a Cowboy fan since the days of Roger the dodger Stabauch

its obvious what answer you're looking for, so I don't expect to be chosen as best answer, but I will tell it like it is. Keyshawn Johnson is a smart guy, and he has great football analysis. T.O. is a big cry baby loser and Johnson gave him a compliment, but T.O. being ignorant as always didn't see it for what it is, and tried to trash a good man. He failed, he made himself look dumb as always. Parcells MADE the cowboys team that is winning this season. T.O.'s comments are always out of line and childish. Calling out a retired player that retired after a great career is pretty ignorant. What happened to all the trash talk about Moss and the popcorn? Patriots didn't smash T.O. out and make him look like he played for the dolphins, did they?

Keyshawn is better than the vast majority of commentators out there. Done very well for a guy who just retired a few months ago. And TO is a POS.

Why does he feel a need to protect Parcells? I know he a "Parcell's guy", but Bill is a grown man and can defend himself. This just seems like a bunch of stupid, needles drama. I like Keyshawn, but maybe he's a drama king.

i know what you mean and i see his non broadcast (dis)abilities.he might make it on tv doing monday night football along with tony kornheiser and the MNFcomedy crew.he wouldnt do play by play or analysis.he would be a commentator.imagine KJ commenting on a play and them micheal or tony cracking a joke at his comment and/or at his attempt to comment.
i hope in a few years they refer to KJ as an ex-player and not an ex-tv reporter/analist!

I could do without ("give me the damn ball") Keyshawn, but would have to put him way down on my list of guys on ESPN to get rid of way before him... starting with ........
1. Stephen A. Smith
2. Sean Salisbury
3. Stephen A. Smith
4. Jim Rome
5. Stephen A. Smith
6. EVERY single person on ESPN's First Take show

I think he does a fine job. He fills the role they are looking for. Are you basing this off of recent comments? IF so, I think he was 100% right and ESPN hired him to do exactly what he did.

No way. He's one of the best analysts that are former players. If he's confusing you, maybe he needs to do the same thing for you as he says he'll need to do for TO - put everything in more elementary terms.

I still haven't figured out why they hired him. They should fire him and Emmitt so they could carpool to the unemployment office. Please don't wish that smug jerk Tiki on us. I never thought I would miss Michael Irvin but at least he was comical.
