Very pretty and unique. Sounds really peaceful, sweet and classic too. I love it!

Pick any name, someone on this site will know someone by that name they don't like. A name does not make someone stuck up- that's nonsense.
I love the name. I've always liked the name Anja- very pretty.

Love it. ;) Sweet, classic, underused and (I'm assuming) nicely reflective of your heritage. Generally makes for a wonderful choice!
I'm not sure why anyone would think it "stuck up" in the least, but for what it's worth, Inga would be a lovely simple shortening, should she want one. ;)
