I plan on moving back to california... should I fly my 1995 buick lesabre car from georgia to cali??? would that be cheaper rather than buying a Aurora oldsmobile in cali...which way would be cheaper..because i know if i fly my car out to cali thats like $4000 and i gotta pay out of state fees

you could ship it by truck door to door for way under
$1000. check online for shipping qotes but use a new email address as you will overloaded with quotes!

You can ship it on a truck for a lot less than 4K which is way more than that car is worth.

That car is 13 years old, it's not worth shipping at all, get what you can for it, and buy something when you get to CA. You could drive it there too (if it's reliable), but you won't save any money doing that when you factor in gas and hotels, but you'd have the upside of seeing a lot of the country!

I'd go with the sell it and buy something else idea.

the bigger cost i would worry about is how much you will have to pay for the car to update it to California's smog standards. their standard is much higher then the rest of the county and you need to upgrade the car to their standards before they will let you license it.
