i like my chocolate to be White, i dont mess with the dark stuff, i dont like caffine!

(have you tried the cookies and cream chocolate bars??? White chocolate with crumbled oreo cookies in it...YUM!!!!)

I LOVE dark chocolate the best. Then I like regular milk chocolate. I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate but I will eat it and not complain if that's all that is left! :)

Cappacino Milk- It's a couverture also (creamier)
They roast espresso beans and blend it with white couverture chocolate. It looks like milk chocolate and tastes like the aroma that you smell when really good coffee is brewing- the stuff is awsome !!
BTW- couverture is PURE chocolate-all ingrediants are derived from the cocoa bean except sugar,cream,and vannillan

I didn't realize white chocolate didn't have caffeine but you are right. Of course, technically it is not even really chocolate but is sure tastes good. Really SWEET, though. I like milk chocolate the best.
