look at the back of the box the part that says "system requirments" and get all the stuff it says ususually you can goole the thing that it says and download it and after you do that if it doesn't work you probably need a faster internet speed

If it freezes while loading you might not have a good enough processor or RAM if it crashes when it gets done loading your video card might be out of date

you should try to give more specifications about your computer's performance. look in the read me file for the minimum/optimal system requirements.
