If it is something that you truly are sorry for and want the person to know you have no choice but apologize. If you have nothing to hide and are really sorry it should be very easy!!!
As for as those 3 words. If you are truly in love those 3 words will slide out like an egg in a frying pan cooking in bacon grease!!!
Both are easy for me. Being honest and open with others makes for a much better relationship. Plus, people respect you a lot more!!!

I agree with you ! My philosophy on this matter is : "Why say "sorry" if the damage has already been done." Too me that does not help ! Show me with actions. Have you heard the old saying: " Actions speak louder than words?" Too me a person can be remorseful by being humble with there actions. But I guess "we" are all guilty of this huh ? "Peace To You Happy Holidays !"

I don't like when the same person says sorry to me over and over and over again for the same reason. Kind of loses its appeal.

I don't have a problem saying it if I mean it. For me, saying sorry to someone means I won't have to say sorry again because I won't let it apply again.

It's easier for me to state where I was wrong and ask what I can do to make it right. I can't stand saying "I'm Sorry" I don't like when people say it to me either. I don't like to hear it on answerig machines either. "Sorry, I can't come to the phone right now...." Why? Why are you sorry? Just give me the beep.

I don't usually have trouble saying I'm sorry. But there are those rare occasions when I have some difficulty...like when I know I'm right, and saying it will keep the peace or restore it.

But if I'm in any way wrong, no problem.

God bless you. †

I can spit I'm sorry out like it's a loogie.. My hubby on the other hand would need to be threatened with torture before he would say it. I think in 10 years he said it once.. I guess it's tough for him. I may use it too loosely.

I always say I'm sorry. But its always from the heart.

I'm truly sorry, I haven't answered so many questions lately...I've been kinda hung up. It doesn't mean I don't think of you, while having my coffee in the morning.

Saying "I'm sorry " is like tellings someone "I love you". I never say it unless I mean it. I ask for forgiveness more than I say I'm sorry.
