could it possibly need transmission oil? There's no check engine lights or anything, It happened out of the blue? can anyone help?

just a small coneecting rod , conects the gear handle to the "gear shift selector", not a hard or expensive fix.

Your probably right about adding some ..it requires brake fluid its called "sythentic Dot3"I'm laughing now...cuz it happened to me last week and I just added some and the headache was gone.I couldnt shift into reverse,but after adding it...it worked great.Woohooo....
P.S...it's the clutch slavecylinder and your going to have locate it too...to fill it.It's located in the back by the power brake booster.
