What kind of office pranks have you done to your coworkers?

I need some fresh ideas, my fav is putting lotion on the ear part of their phone or a little bit of water on their chair...

We sticky tape the phone receiver to the console quite frequently, the trick is to use double sided tape so they can't see it until they try to answer the phone. Tape also works great on someones mouse, you tape the bottom of the mouse so it locks the ball in place. Your victim will probably check the connections in the back, reinstall drivers, reboot, etc., before they realise what has happened.

I heard about a great one. These people knew their boss was afraid of some animal- let's say crickets- so they planted a recorder in his office that, when a certain button was pressed, made the sound of crickets chirping. Their boss was spazzing out ALL DAY, trying to figure out where the sound was coming from. So, so funny.
So, all you have to do is find out what your coworkers are afraid of, and you can do the same thing! =D

Another great one is to tell your coworkers that tomorrow is "bathing suit day" or something equally stupid. I'm sure someone must have already mentioned this, but it has very entertaining results =)
