Philosophy is not divided along racial or cultural lines. Sure different cultures have different approaches to philosophy but the concept of philosophy is not divisible in this way.

Language represents the cultural 'filter' if you will. By that I mean that if you do Philosophy in the English language then there is bound to be some influence by the predominant cultures associated with that language, but if you are a good thinker you will be able to largely rise above your cultural stereotypes, and engage in discussions that are related to universal truths and are not mired in cultural biases.
