I would practice alot before taking the actual test. This will calm you. And have someone go with you who doesn't make you nervous. Alot of people get performance anxiety because someone they want to impress is watching. Also, just remember, the person giving you your test, is just another person who was in your exact place at one point in time. They were nervous too! Try to befriend your instructor. make small talk to gain confidence and maybe even a new friend.

Good u asked this question NOW which will give u time to take advice and benefit from that. First, u should forget that u r studying for a test which is one month away. U just study as if u want to know the subject. Second , don't study continuously. Give frequent breaks. Third, don't study the same subject continuously. Alternate between various subjects. Play some Sports which is to ur liking in between. The best way to relax is to have gaps in between in whatever way u think suits u. Try, and Good Luck,

Avoid caffine, and work out the morning of the test. Do some cardio, then afterward, take a long, hot shower. Good luck!

lol..what worked for me was: I just remembered all of the bad drivers I knew and thought:

"hey if they can get their license, I can too!"

I got it first try.

Oh yeah: I also figured, if I don't get it this time around, I'll just try again and again until I get it. No biggy...
