They don't break way too often if you buy a decent stick. Easton synergys are great and they'll last forever if you buy an appropriate flex- but that's the key. If you buy a flex that's too light they will snap, sure. you can only put so much force on any stick.

they're light, the help you shoot faster (not harder, that's a mis perception, but the release is much faster)

And actually, I would not recommends graphite. Those are cheaper and heavier. Try te carbon fiber- idfferent molecular structure for the matereial- tha's what the high end sticks are made out of, like the synergy, the one 90, the vector... Stuff like the Easton octane is graphite. those are cheaper though.

The difference is huge. I switched to a one-peice graphite stick last year, and my hands are much quicker, my shot is quicker, and it is easier to catch a pass. Very, Very, worth it.
