Because if thats the case we all will be in jail because we kill chickens to eat them. so if u dont put farve in jail for killing chickens and everyone else in the world for eating them dont put vick in jail for fighting one. I guess it because "america" likes to kiss dogs in the mouth and buy them clothes and keep them in there houses and ride them in there cars like people. dude first of all there is allloott more chickens in this world that we need to have food off of than dogs which we use as a friend or to keep company not to eat so stop blaming Favre for killing chickens when over a million farmers kill chickens in the world and not many people kill dogs like Mike Vick so i think you just made a dumb statement now move on with your life

Yeah it's hypocracy... I know. I've actually never heard of this chicken fighting thing with Favre, but maybe. It's like you said though... Dog is man's best friend. Was I angry about the Michael Vick thing... yeah very angry. I love dogs! Do I think he deserves 23 monthes in the pen? Nope. Maybe a combination of community service, probation, classes and a one year league suspension... not almost 2 years in jail. I mean... I could care less about chickens... I eat them, that's all their good for in my books and they do produce some pretty good breakfast food. Animal cruelty is animal cruelty though... their shouldn't be any difference between animal.

yes i agree fight animals and killing for food is a big difference however you are absolutely right about fighting animals and the punishment that Vick has to face. Farve does fight chickens and probably has been doing much longer then Vick has been fighting dogs. i am not a believer of either but i do feel like they are just trying to make an example of Vick. Farve should be in the same boat and should face the same 2yrs as Vick or Vick should be given pardon same as Farve has been for years.

We eat chickens so if they die nobody cares. Dogs on the other hand are cherished like children so there is a huge difference to the general public. Plus about half of the country has a pet and about half of those pets are dogs. Obviously the public does not care about chickens.

c ock fighting is toally leagal because you can eat the loser if ur reffering to vick there are alot of laws agaist what he did plus he did not eat the dog afterwards and he killed them also he would have been let off easy but he kept lying to the judge then he told the truth a couple days later thats what got him into the real trouble he will get out early 23 month =6months
