I think almost any name with roots and history works, even if it is very unusual. I once worked with an extremely successful Marijke (I believe her mom was Dutch), and the name suited her quite well. The names that tend to fail the test are those that are of more recent vintage - Kaylie, Kylah, Mylee.

With the exception of Naomi, almost no names ending in "i" work for adult women. This is even more true of names ending in "ee."

I think classic names generally sound the most professional and intelligent. Estelle is much better than Estelene. She could call herself Stella as a nick name. Other suggestions: Claire Victoria Elizabeth Rose Rachel Catherine/Katherine Emma

There was a list out somewhere of most popular CEO names, divided by women and men, in the book Freakanomics or something like that. The book has a great baby naming section also.

Well personally I really am partial to KENNEDY, because that's what I named my daughter. I also like:

Mckenzie (no patricular spelling)
Amanda
Nichole
Reagan (I'm into this presidents thing as well)

I also like boys names for girls. Names don't sound intelligent, poeple sound intelligent. Just avoid names with apostrophes, or LA, Sh, Ta TE.
