run boost CD after cooling, IF:
runs good then previously got virus or overheat
it doesnt run then it's savage
runs with no picture then the screen dies

ER, well the wording here is a bit of a problem. Even if the battery is dead it should still power up off of the AC adapeter. At least mine does.

is it a Dell? LOL , had one must have overheated crashed , now when turn back on screen stays black , stays on about 4secs then off , Dell (ghandi) told me over phone , oh yeah having overheating problems frying motherboard or voltage regulator, but fixed on "newer" computers, get a new one, (yeah right, Dell from Hell)
