yes and you now owe the bank money!!!!

Yeah they did overdraw you. You probably owe that much in debt and the debt got settle for that amount. The bank will freeze your account until you pay the debt back. So now you owe the money to the bank.

sounds like you have a freeze on your account. call your bank and find out .
