I'd go back and apologize, for sure. I might even explain why I hurt the company.
If they offered me a job, great.

I wouldn't walk out just like that, that is childish and makes you look bad especially going back and asking for the job you abandoned...
It doesn't take but a few minutes to talk to your supervisor and explain what is going on and that you need a break... If it's something like BF trouble... don't bring it to work... Family issues are priority at your place of employment.

That would depend on how much time has passed. Go back and explain to your boss what was happening in your life and if it is possible for you to return,,,give it a shot, the worst they can say is no. Time passes so fast this incident will be behind you in no time. GL

try to get the job back. believe me i would have a hard time going back because of pride but you gotta do what u gotta do. sorry you are having a tough time. luck to you.
