I would go to Wal-Mart and buy a bunch of cheap cookies and then call an office meeting. Once in the meeting, I would very sarcastically say, "I know that times are tough this year as evidenced by the absence of cookies in out Christmas crap. I for one, though, wanted to make sure that you all got your cookies that you have grown so accustomed to. I know these aren't homemade and they kinda suck and you need to eat them fast since the go stale rather quickly after you open the bag, but damnit, I'm proud of you people and I just want you to know, these cookies contain ALL of my love AND yellow dye number 5. Oh, and they may contain peanut oil so if you have allergies you may want to, you know.... Thank you all, dismissed!"

Hmmm I like Rick and Chacha's ideas, but if those don't work, I would use the kid for leverage. Tell her he looks forward every year to her homemade cookies, and he's probably going to have a sad Christmas this year without them. She'll have to bake you some, nobody would let a kid go sad on Christmas.
Oh, and when she does, don't share any with the kid.

I would mention that they day would go much better if you had some warm,homemade cookies in your belly.
Or just start yelling about how there are no damn cookies and you might have to regulate like Warren G if you don't get them freaking snickerdoodles ASAP.

Make passive aggressive cookie jokes all day.
OR, follow her into the bathroom and just say 'hey, what's up loser'. Or buy a cookie scented candle and drop it on her windshield. I feel sad for you too, it's just not right.
