Yes, unless you were fired for not following company safety guidelines. If that was the case, then you were fired for just cause and your WC can be denied.
However, if it was a mere sequence of events, you can file and collect it all.

you can not draw both at the same time.
to get unemployment, you have to be ready, willing and able to work. to get workmen's comp, you have to be unable to work due to an injury on the job.
