I was going to write some humorous ways to skip December until I read the rest of your question. I am so sorry for your loss.

Maybe, during this time, you can just give in and allow yourself to mourn for her yet celebrate what you had together. I am so sorry.

I'm sorry you've loss the person you LOVE:here are a few ideas: several people drink their pain away-some volunteer their time at shelters, church functions and etc.-others enjoy the time w/other close family/friends-some might make the choice to sleep the month away-or bury themselves in work or a project.

I am so sorry to hear that. I wish the best for you this Christmas. My Grandmother died last year on Christmas eve and I still think about her but it will get better. Believe me. Keep your head up.

Just pray about it. The pain will never go away but it will get a little easier each year.

I was going to write that you should hibernate...
