the business is doing good but the house is in my husband's name and it may get foreclosed, can they take it even if my business is there.

it sounds like it has already happened to your business -- it isn't making money.

the business itself is simply a legal fiction and it moves when you do.

Is it a retail business or something with walk-in traffic? They won;t take the business, but you'd have to find another place for it - if it's strictly an office or mailorder with NO walk in traffic ever, you would just operate from wherever you move to
