Why or why not?

absolutely. My husband and i are soul mates. We complete each other and it isnt whether or not i can live with him...its all about whether i can live without him. I cant live without him and he cant live without me. We have been through hard times and made it without any threat to our relationship. If we can make it through that then there is a reason we are together.

There is no proof to believe in anything like soulmates. If you think of the size of the Earth and it's population... man... if there is just ONE PERSON in time and space who is supposed to be w/ you than the odds of you ever meeting this person is infinitesimally small. Your soulmate could've been a Roman soldier in 100AD. Or a Thai peasant woman in the 1700s. It's just really, really bad odds. That's why I don't get people who limit their potential mate on race or religion. It's pretty tough just to find someone to get along with, let alone love.

As in the one and only person ever for you? No. Otherwise there would be a lot of sad, sad people in the world.
