The vagina is a muscular tube. It stretches upon penatration. The opening does not shrink per se, it just needs to be stretched again.

The vagina is a muscle - so yes, when a woman (preferably not a girl) is not having sex, her vaginal opening will be smaller but most likely not as 'tight' as was before she started having sexual intercourse.

Saying that though - every woman and every vagina is different.

Yes, it may have gotten a bit tighter--probably a good idea to use extra lube.
