The other day, I cried until I couldn't breathe (my nose was too stuffy). After I cleared my nose enough to breathe again, I cried some more. Basically, I did that all night. Then I went to sleep.

Talk to someone that can relate to the way i'm feeling... or...
Cry... Tears are the safety valve of the heart when too much pressure is laid on it.
Also, pray and take a walk... Let myself think.

Sleeping has always helped me the most....otherwise your mind gets going and you end up doing things that you will later regret.
