I had some downtime a while back and really found myself enjoying Tales of Pirates. It's free and, pretty in depth, and you get pirate ships!

TONS of people play Maple Story though, personally I didn't like it in the least.

well i would have to say "maplestory" i play it myself and its really fun!
just get through the boring parts :) to level 30 then its uber
oh yea and if you start playing... be a mage :) then cleric :)
