Friendships have been lost over such "relationships".
You'll remain friends for a while but the girl will start to make comparisons between you and your friend and could come between the 2 of you (even play you off each other). By that point your friendship is just about over.
But it is your decision. Which is more important - your friendship or sex with his girl? Also ask yourself - what kind of relationship does he have with her if he is willing to let you have sex with her.

Where are the morals in the friendship even more so in the relationship between your friend and his girl?! The answer to your question is No! the friendship relationship will be destroyed because he will question her to no end as who is better and if her answer is not what he wants he will hate you and her as well. Despite that he agreed he will see that you and his girl were conspiring to do this all thru their relationship. Expect to lose a friend and maybe even ruin their relationship.

Also the "girl" is not the property of your friend thus no need to use the possessive "friend's girl".
Not anyone is perfect in their writing but I would suggest that instead of ''going for it" you should go for some tutorials in writing.
It is friend's girl not friends girl. The comma between girl and he is not needed. He starts a new sentence. Use know in place of no when using as a verb. She should be she is or she's. Capitalize the first word of a sentence such as Will not will.

Aren't there any other girls in your town? Why don't you leave your friend's girl alone and find one of your own? What kind of people do you associate with, anyway? And why make use of this girl's body, when the truth is that you don't care anything about her? What kind of a person are you? Who raised you to be such a bum?

what if you went for it and shrotly after she decided she did not want to be with your friend anymore she wanted you? what if you friend got mad about that part but no so much the sex. it is not a good idea but you are going to do what you are going to do. just make sure you try and think about what could happen if you did think with the brain not the penis.

he may be testing your frinedship. like if one of his future girls would offer it to you would you take it? That might make him feel you are untrustworthy as a friend.
but then again he could just be sharing his wealth. lol if thats the case then you will still be friends
