Everybody suffers through this, especially adolescents, teenagers and even people in their young twenties. But it's also not uncommon for the elder generation to have feelings similar to this. So you are not alone in this.
It's very easy to think that letting go of everything is easier than just to deal with the harsh pains you have to endure in life.
I'm not going to say,"Trust Me," because you and I don't know each other. But I can tell you that I HAVE been in the exact same situation that you are in right now.
I felt almost everyday that this life wasn't worth living. But
wow, how wrong was I. And the way I made it through was I just kept telling myself that one day, everyone will come running back to me, asking to be my friend, or wanting to go and hang out or be with me.
You're probably in some kind of school. Middle, junior high, or HS, even college. If this moment in your life isn't going so well, hang in there and wait until it's over and then you can move on. And until then, find someone to talk to. A good friend, a psychologist or even a medical doctor, a psychiatrist.
Time and laughter is the best healer of everything. Keep holding on, and things will get better if you allow them too.
Aspects of your life aren't going to change FOR you though, you have to have the desire and the will to go out there and make things happen. Opportunity doesn't come knocking.
Instead of focusing and bashing yourself on what your flaws are and how you aren't like everybody else, celebrate them! Be proud that you are different. This is what America is made of, different people, leading different lives, needing different things.
Also, find your talents and certainly celebrate these! Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, is truly good at something. And it really can be anything. Focus on what you are good at instead of sub-standarizing yourself about what you aren't good at. Instead of saying "Wow, I'm such a stupid idiot for doing that," say: "Man I need to watch out for that next time."
Learn from your mistakes and correct them and you will lead a happier lifestyle. Don't dwell on the past, live in the present and plan for the future.

See your doctor.. I have struggled with depression for 20 years. Most of the time I am fine but every 5-7 years I realize I am more than sad. When depression sets in, medication is what helps. Use it for as long as you need then get off of it when you feel better. True depression does not go away over night so see your doctor and get some treatment started.
Hope that helps,
The Way

Aww sweetie! I totally know what you're going through. I've been diagnosed with depression and have attacks like that a lot of the time. My mom took me to see a counselor and to get some medication and it helped me out a lot! The medicine really helps control them. As for you wanting to die, please don't! There's a reason why you're on this earth, there's a reason why you were born, and there's a reason why you're still here. God has big plans for you and He loves you! If He didn't want you here, you wouldn't be. There's a lot you have to live for! :) I hope you feel better.

Sweetie, you need to see a doctor, and get the doctor to refer you to a counselor so you can get some help. Depression is treatable, and you are not ALONE in suffering from it- it's estimated that something like a fifth of the current US population has suffered from depression or a mood disorder at one time or another. Please get yourself in to be seen right away. Good luck.

Don't even think about dying.
Get involved in a real cool hobby.
Occupy your mind with interesting
brain teasers. Clean your bedroom.
Do anything constructive.
Just don't die.

talk to a doctor about it. Thinking about dying or suicide are serious signs of clinical depression. They can prescribe anti-depressant drugs that really do help.

depends on what is bothering you and wishing to die is not going to solve the problem. if you thing someone is going to miraculously give you a solution that's going solve your problem your wrong. maybe someone is going to inspire you but noone is going to help you but yourself so start doing something that's going to benefit your emotional self
