Hello,

(ANS) I can really relate to your feeling of being stuck. I would ask you what kind of stuck-ness is it?

**is it that you feel physically stuck perhaps lethargic with no energy, in which case the way to create change is to make movement. YES! I mean go and do something physical that engages your bodies whole energy, that gets your inner fire moving again, makes you sweat, such as dancing or running, or playing football what ever it is that you enjoy.

**Is it that you have lost a sense of purpose, a sense of focus, lost your motivation in life, nothing excites your passion?? Lost interest in things you've done previously. This is a harder problem because I would suggest to you that the answers you seek are more likely to be found on a more profound even perhaps a more spiritual level.

**Only out of inner chaos, only out of confusion than something new and more creative be born. Only out of the pain of feeling stuck and the sense of loss will you find a new thread of life, follow your hearts desires and you wont go wrong.

**Find what you love doing most and go and do it !!

**For some lucky people they have a dream or a vision and can follow that whole heartedly but not all of us are that blessed. The best I can tell you is follow your hearts desires.

Warmest Regards from a fellow traveler, may you find your hearts desire.

Ivan

I guess that we all have turning points at some stage in our lives and often we'll wonder is this really what I want to do for the next 20 years? I live my life to the best of my abilities and enjoy each and every single day spent on this earth it's a gift to be here.

If I'm really down about things I'll get myself out into the world, see my friends/family go out for a meal or something else like that. I really enjoy writing songs too so more often than not you'll find me in the park with a pen and paper writing my next big hit!! (yeah right) try not to be done so much I know it can be hard sometimes though I'm sure everything will work out for you.

Take care :)

Then you make a conscious effort to get out of the rut that you're stuck in. Easier said than done, i know. Where do you go when stuck in a rut? Something different that you aways felt like doing? Other than that i have no idea.

Unstick yourself

Look at the wider picture, and what you would REALLY like to be doing, and where you would really like to be.

And then if possible...work towards it.

People have dreams, but you can make things happen if you really want.

Don't get stuck in a safe rut when there is a bih wide world out there.

we will all die one-day, don't want to look back when you are on your death bed and say 'i wish,,......'

Change the gear on which your running your life and rev up your engine and make it go.. Only you can do that and the way to do it is to accept that what your doing is not working at all and then you take a new road.

Simple fact
