Take a stroll through the Urban Dictionary. It would help to know in what context the term was used. In slang context, I think it would be calling a woman's private parts nasty with a slightly different spelling of bacci.

Nassa is also a species of marine gastropods.

Bacci- is a combining form meaning “berry,” used in the formation of compound words: baccivorous.
