Well, some multiracial people are beautiful, I suppose ^-^ I'm mix raced, (White/Hispanic) and I rather like my looks, anyhow.
But procreating with someone of a different race would also be good because it would have genetic benefits for your offspring. The more genetically different you and your partner are, the less likely you and your partner are to both be carriers of the same defective genes, so your children will be less prone to genetic disorders. Conversely, the more genetically similar you are to your partner, the more at risk your offspring are, for genetic disorders -hence the reason inbreeding is bad. So, there are lots of reasons to have multiracial children ^-^ In fact, there are a lot of websites/dating services that exclusively match interracial couples, you might be interested in looking into them! Good luck!^__^

I respect your opinion, I think most of the black community feels this way....but all children are beautiful in my eyes. I grew up with a typical "dark skinned complex" about myself because most of the females in my family had much lighter skin, curly hair & were thinner than me so they were treated better. I was the little black fat girl with thick long black hair all over my head that no one could manage LOL ;)...Now I am average size, tall, white teeth, beautiful brown skin that I wouldn't trade for the world and now I am constantly told that I am so pretty "for a black girl"...........but multiracial people are beautiful LOL it just shows what the world can create if we all got along better!!!!

I wish your mother thought the same why that you do so your sorry @$$ wouldn't be born. And I hope you know you are calling your own self ugly since you are multi-racial. I hope no women of another race marry you because you're just going to use them.

Its not about race. All children are beautiful in there own way. So I guess its on who you date. And what color they are.

i date outside my race but i love my race too i have beautiful children by black men who look just as beautiful as a "mixed child"...and people get mad at me because i dont think biracial children are the most beautiful..i feel all children are..black/white/asian/hispanic, and thats a racist thing to think ..and very narrow minded..u need to ask your self why u feel this way? ..u need to be more proud of your race if u feel your child will only be beatiful if its "mixed" thats sad..do u not think your mom had beautifull children? and if i was ever to get pregnant by my white boyfriend i wouldnt tell my child its more beautiful or better than my other kids because he/she is mixed..thats ignorant

i guess that is your choice. I'm the opposite of you. I only want black children. I think bi-racial kids have too many problems with self-image growing up. They don't know where they fit in, and most of the time they seem to pick the non-Black side as their source of identity. If they marry a non-Black person, you basically erased the Black heritage out of your gene pool. Seems like alot of Afro Americans have no problem with erasing their Blackness. I guess White folks would have much to celebrate, when eventually the 12 percent Black population is erased to 5 percent or less due to all the interracial marriage. Maybe African Americans would be happy about that too. They don't have to look like Black people anymore. lol.
Plus i want my kids to look just like me. I think Africans are the most beautiful. Are you African American? It's typical of African Americans to want kids with "good hair" and light skin. That comes with living in this racist, Eurocentric country, seeing only images of bi-racial people on TV,pure Black beautiful people being excluded from media, a lack of knowledge about Africa and ancient African civilizations, a lack of awareness about white supremacy and the national agenda to reduce the Black population in America by any means necessary (AIDS, jailing men in their prime, re-inforcing poverty, lack of education, abortion, destruction of black family, destruction of marriage, increase in interracial dating)
but of course, you can have "pretty kids" if you think Black aint pretty, like Taliya W did.

I feel the same way and live in the Caribbean where so many other are so mixed.... but I am mixed and it doesn't matter who I have kids with they will be mixed.
I feel you although I am more concerned with pedigree and intelligence more than looks or race. I wont date some one just because they are of my race...or mixed or black or Latina ...I got standards to meet first...I jut hope the one that fits those is beautiful like Beyonce,Ashanti, Alicia Keys,Vida Guerra,Christian Millain, Kat de Luna or Rosario Dawson etc ya know the beautiful women..
It is interesting how some "people" accuse you of not being proud yet these proud "people" date outside their race hmmmm.I love certain "peoples" double standard...but if you want to see double standards watch Oprah or Tyra. lol hahahaha

Most important is that the children have two parents who love them and care for them, no matter what color their parents are.
