Yes ....... several times .... boxing when I was at school and playing rugby... once I actually broke my wrist doing so in a rugby match ....... just be sure to keep your thumb outside of your clenched fingers, and don't hit the forehead or top of the head ....... go for something that will give, like the nose, or jaw ........ if you really want to hurt someone, hit them in the throat ..... but be warned that can kill them if they have a bad reaction to it!

Happy hitting!

;-)

Yes, my ex-bf, my sisters and some low life gals in a club. Your hand might hurt the first time, but in my case, the anger is so overwhelming that the hurt doesn't matter.

I'm not encouraging you to punch anyone, because I did it in self defense, and with good concrete reasons.

If you are to ever punch anyone, do it because they initiated the first hit (as long as you weren't affected by theirs). And if you are to throw the first punch, make sure it's a good one!

Yes, when i was in elementary.

My hand didn't really hurt that much after.

If it does hurt your hand, I'm pretty sure that the satisfying feeling of having punched someone in the face overpowers the pain ^_^

i dont know who that troll was that said to tuck your thumb in but DONT thats a good way to break it
make a tight fist keep it and the rest of your arm level with your shoulder and step into it as you throw he punch to add your body weight to it
it may hurt some just depending but not as much as the persons face you just drilled
a roll of small coins for added impetus would be better or brass knuckles the best but those are almost certainly illegal they are in the states anyway

Yes and you need to know how to do it properly if you are going to!! You can badly damage your knuckles and hand by doing it wrong. Having said that I wont condone violence so maybe try and find a better way of dealing with whatever it is thats bothering you! xx

Honestly speaking, in spate of rage, I kicked two boys and punched on their nose that they bled profusely. Before people came around, I escaped with my sister in a taxi. They had passed comment on my sister. It's in spate of rage only I hit others. U can say it was a reflex action not in my control. I hate rowdyism of any kind. Least of all ill treatment if given to children , women and infirm. I wish I could punish all of them...

Yeah like 2 people but it was before high school even...stupid boy fights.

I wouldn't recommend it cos you're still angry afterwards and your hand hurts.

I recommend exercising to let out repressed anger.
