Hi, I am wondering whether you guys think tht any 24 year deaf man who is smart n intelligent can run the 10 million dollars corporation after his father build everything before he retired.
Please let me know your thoughts.

yes, even if you are physically impaired, there are other ways for you to run a corporation. Especially now with advance medical technologies, deaf people have the chance to hear again, not unlike maybe 20 years ago. The question is - is he brave enough to conquer his insecurities in order for him to do a better job?

I'm positive that man can do it, and do it well. Keeping the father on the payroll as a consultant is the norm.

I can think of no reason why not.
On a light note, at least you'd be certain he wasn't listening to you.
Seriously, I can't think of a reson why it woul dbe a deterrent.

Why not he's in charge! He doesn't have to listen to anybody, that is why he has underlings to take care of problems under his guidance.
