I do not pump my own gas ever. Any service station will pump your gas you just go into the store and ask for the service, it doesn't cost you anything for them to do this for you.

I've never seen manned pumps in the UK. Self Service only. To be honest, I'd rather do it myself. I'd be worried about the tender scratching my car or "accidentally" putting in a bit too much fuel.
