Find something to do with your time my dear. One moment you're pregnant by the PR man, the next you're asking about how to induce a miscarriage, then in another you're asking how to know if you're ovulating.
Total bs...

We don't even know your full situation. Maybe you are already with someone else (a black guy whom you don't want babies from out of fear for the baby's skin color) or you are alone and pregnant.
I think that you already know that something is wrong with what you did by the fact that you are asking this question.
You probably already regret what you did, because you were so obsessing of having a lighter skinned baby that you eventually got it, but in your obsession you oversaw everything else and now you're again in an undesirable situation.
You should first come to terms with your own skin color and accept it. I recommend you to start reading books from black womanists like Kola Boof, Alice Walker, Toni Morrison, ...and become proud of your black skin.
B.T.W. will you still want the baby if it will be born black with the same color as yours? Because that is still possible too you know.

I think you need help to love yourself the way you are.
Why is it that only Black people will sit there and breed the Black out of them because they feel its ugly? I rarely hear Asian or Caucasian people wanting to have mixed babies because they are "cuter".
I'm am so tired of self-hating Black people I refuse to have self-haters as friends or associates. You people contribute to white supremacy and help it flourish, by agreeing with the white standard of beauty. And your contributing to the genocide of pure Black African Americans.
You probably are too dumb to understand, seeing as how you slept with a man just to have a mixed baby, with no concern of whether or not the baby will have a father.

Babies are individuals. And on the "what's really important" scale, cuteness is way overrated. Better that he be kind, moral, caring, and righteous.
You might want to find an older woman in your community to mentor you through your pregnancy and into parenting. Are you close with your mother, grandmother, or an aunt?
Congratulations on the blessing.

Yeah you need serious help. You are very screwed up. And your baby will not love you because you didn't even try to give it a father you just screwed the first non-black guy you saw and let him leave. I would punch you if I was your mom.

I don't know about psychological help but you need to lessons on being proud of yourself no matter what your hertiage.
I think your question is really sad and that you may have been brainwashed by the messages enforeced by the media in relation to the black image.

It's not like mixing paint, you know. You have no control over how the genes fight it out.
Are you going to abandon the baby if it comes out looking just like you? Sheesh.
Edit: Oh, forget it. I've read your other questions from today. Like the one where you want to know how you can tell if you're ovulating:

I'm in the same place. Live and let live. You're not the only person who feels this way. It's okey: Your baby is bless.
PS: Puerto Rican are "mixed" so that person may have some Black blood in them.
