If you watch tv, you will be asleep, but you can not have good dream, think about seaside, umm, nature, and forget job or school.If you can not forget it, write on some paper what you have to do and you'll forget it.Don't count anything, but, if you do, you can not be asleep......ZzzZzzZzz...

Try to sleep again :) I usually put on a dvd of a program and listen to it really low. The dvd is usually a tv series or movie which I seen many times before and is enjoyable and not too action packed. I usually go online when all else falls and hope I will get tired. If your sleeplessness is emotion related then perhaps not worring and resolving the matters before you sleep will be beneficial or at least putting them out of your mind. I sometimes take a sleeping herbal medicine call calms which relaxes you. Well byebye get sleeping :D
