Certain spices can give off bad body odor and bad breath. Two that come to mind are garlic and curry. When you sweat, they are the worst, foul smelling spices I have ever encountered. So watch your spices, brush your teeth and shower daily. Carry gum or mints with you as well as dental floss. Food trapped between the teeth and gums also can omit bad breath. If you can, chew parsley as it is a natural breath neutralizer and helps in digestion.

this is a real problem for a lot of folks, sometimes it can be beyond just great hygiene, visit your doctor he maybe able to help in that respect because there are a number of reasons for body odor including illness, poor diet, and dehydration, certain foods that we eat can be the cause of the problem, also it can be caused buy poor elimination, try bathing instead of showering, cut back on soft drinks, drink water, trust me, you are not alone, my own situation is still an ongoing problem, but I've found that if i reduce my consumption of bread my condition (smell) gets a little better. best of luck to you.
