If the conditions were right, and given that the universe is so big I think so yes.

Given that we observe the universe using methods that cannot travel faster than light, within a few million light years it is highly unlikely that we will find evidence of intelligent life because we won't be able to observe it until its light has reached us. Bit of maths

Universe Birth ~ 14 Billion Ago
Assumed Stable Universe of Life ~ 12 Billion Years Ago
Solar System Birth ~ 4.5 Billion Years Ago

So, the maximum time ago that a similar planet could exist equivalent to our time is about 7.5 Billion Years ago. So, this is our limit. So IF we can see this planet from this time, we can assume it is almost -if not dead. This accounts for ALL observations.

In the long run, if we can see a planet with life on it, the species will probably have died out.

There very well could be a planet with life - with intelligent life at that. But as far as humans just like us? Doubtful. The chances of them evolving the same would be so great it just couldnt happen.
More than likely they look like this:

Probably many Earthlike planets but unlikely that life would look like us.
The only reason humans evolved here, is the mass extinctions caused by asteroid hits. Now there's a random factor for you.

The odds against this are enormous. The Earth has a very long and complex evolutionary history, both geophysically and biologically. Any other planet would have a very different history, so would end up very different from Earth physically and biologically.

Not EXACTLY like Earth, but there are probably some ALMOST like Earth. And there could be intelligent aliens living there that are ALMOST like people, but not EXACTLY like people. But that is mostly speculation; nobody really knows for sure.

yes and no

yes i think there maybe some form of life out there somewhere, it won't be exactly like ours.

there would have to be too many conditions that happen at just the right time, so for it to happen twice is pretty unlikely.

Yeah, why not? I even think there is someone like you living on another planet and asking the same stupid questions.

i do think that in this huge universe there other planets able to support life forms but with people on it is doubtful, But one thing is certian ,, if there is then we will never know it anyways,,

Considering that the universe has no end, that we know of, and we are just a grain of sand in the universe, yes.

Yes, if it's possible here, it's possible somewhere else in the universe.
