So, erm....hypothetically, say me and a 'friend' had possibly exchanged some erm 'arty' photo's on our mobiles, and then he admitted last night that he may have sent his phone away for repair and possibly forgot to delete them first......and let's just say I still had photo's of him, what do you think would be the best punishment?!

Obviously this hasn't really happened and is purely for research purposes....eek!

They the two should be faraway from society. in the event that they are nevertheless able to doing harm even from penal complex, they should die; each organism, no remember if a individual or a society, has the appropriate to preserve itself against terrorists AND psychopaths - if, certainly, there's a difference between the two. i don't evaluate such defenses via a society to be "punishment;" I evaluate them to be effects that should logically save on with the movements in question. If their movements have been intentional, as interior the case of a terrorist, then possibly that effect is justice. If the movements are the manufactured from an irrational innovations, as interior the case of a psychopath, the effect is an unlucky necessity, yet a necessity besides the undeniable fact that, in my opinion.

If they became lost in the repair then you may have to get him some new ones. Otherwise I don't see what's wrong with that.

You should wait to see if anything happens before you punish him. He made a mistake, that's something anyone can do. Wait and see especially as it's hypothetical

Depends what you mean by "arty." If for instance it was a Xmas nativity scene with a naked baby Jesus, you could finish up in jail with a "paedophile" tag.

Remember : Not all pictures are created equal. LOL
