first off no person can love another over the internet people over the internet are mostly fake they give you pieces that they like to share because it makes them look cool or what not.
Love = not on the internet.
If you hang out all the time and his total world revolves around you then and maybe then he is into you.

i would be weary of this guy,im not sure of the situation but perhaps this guy may very wekk be alot older than you and is using you for porn reasons, a guy can say they love you to get what they want out of you i am not sure how old you are but just be mindfull that there are men out there trying to caputre young girls over the net for the wrong reasons

He does not love you, but rather fooling you, please be careful, there are numerous guys who pretend to be nice on phone or in emails but when they actually appear before you only then you will have some sort of opinion about him.
