No
While they may "appear" similar, they are different and require inks with differnet chips on the cartridges.

Yes and no.

The original Lexmark cartridge will not fit properly (unless you break the printer) However many remanufacturers use a generic lid on their lexmark 16 and 26 cartridges which will actually allow the cartridge to fit and work in a Dell Printer.

So to answer your question, DO not use a Lexmark brand cartridge, rather opt for a good quality Lexmark compatible 16 (black) and 26 (colour cartridge) ensure they are using a generic lid or top to ensure they are cross compatible.

The cartridge should have a listing on the box stating that they are compatible with a t0529 and t0530 or that they are compatible with Dell A920.

I surely have a Dell A920, and the cartriges seem remarkibly like those made with the help of Lexmark. i assume yours seem appropriate to the same. i've got in no way tried paying for a Lexmark for it, i'm uncertain if it may paintings; yet once you're feeling fortunate, you may desire to purchase the same Lexmark cartridge, it may paintings. Like I mentioned, i'm no longer able to assure it, yet you in no way understand.
