Telling her to 'stay out of grown folks business' is like telling her not to ask questions.
So basically, you want her to stop learning. Right now. She should just keep thinking like a 12 year old until she's an adult and then she'll MAGICALLY understand these things she wants to know about.
She asked me earlier if abortion was just a means to control a woman's reproductive rights. And if it was, shouldn't men's reproductive rights be controlled too?
I told her, 'Well let's ask the yahoo! community. I'm sure the answers will be entertaining.'

A sperm by itself is not an embryo. Conception starts when an egg and a sperm unite, creating an embryo.
At any rate, the spirit usually does not come into the baby's body until fairly late in the pregnancy.

Well, if one wants to get biblical about it, there is that verse that says it is better for a man to spill his seed onto the belly of a whore than on the ground. But you won't see too many men quoting that one.

Those are not "tiny souls" They have not merged with eggs.. They are nothing.
If they WERE something, women would have abortions every month with their menstral cycle.

because it is only sperm in the sock, it becomes a life when it joins the woman's egg and forms and embryo.
Once it is an embryo life has begun and it is a murder to destroy it

well figures sense its not logical at all...when a guy masterbates yes the sperm is shot out and dies...but sperm dies even if you dont masterbate...sprem dies and is remade over and over again....abortion is killing a fertilised egg ...that if left alone will grow into a baby...if a guy doesnt masterbate the sperm dies anyway...so it doesnt matter to masterbate...and sperm is not souls....sperm alone does nothing...what do they teach 12 year olds now a days?
