Domain: [-3,3]
Range: [0, 3]

For x, if you choose a number less than -3, like -4, when you square it you get a positive number greater than 9, thus producing a negative under the root. The same is the case for numbers > 3.

Domain: -3 < x < 3
Range: 0 < y < 3
